On April 4, 2026, our workshop “Career Reorientation – A Fresh Start with Perspective” took place in Wiesbaden. Participants who were considering a career change came together in an open and supportive environment to explore new professional directions.

The workshop focused on personal reflection and orientation: participants reviewed their previous experiences, identified their strengths, and developed concrete ideas for their future careers. Through practical exercises, group discussions, and targeted input, they were able to take their first steps toward a new professional path.

The shared exchange was especially valuable—discussing experiences, challenges, and goals helped many participants gain clarity and renewed motivation. The workshop once again highlighted how important guidance, support, and a structured approach are during times of change.
